For eligible RAK orders.
Our launch commitment includes 24/7 distribution, 365 days a year, and a 20-minute express-delivery service from order confirmation for eligible RAK orders and zones.
The 20-minute clock starts at order confirmation. The delivery point, product readiness and receiving access are checked before confirmation so the express promise applies to an eligible order.
Wider RAK and Umm Al Quwain movements are planned by route and requirement. The express target is not a guarantee for every destination.
