Food security

Protecting food.
Supporting your supply.

Food security is our main goal. We are developing cold storage and logistics that help food businesses manage product conditions, stock rotation and the handovers between collection, storage and delivery.

Our main goal

Food security.
A practical responsibility.

Food businesses depend on what happens between production, import and consumption. Our focus is the practical work of caring for products, keeping stock identifiable and connecting each handover.

Nord Hub is being developed for the food and beverage sector and HoReCa: hotels, restaurants and catering businesses. Frozen and chilled storage, receiving and dispatch, stock information and own-fleet collection and distribution are considered together, around the goods and the customer’s receiving points.

What this means for your business

Product care.
Stock control. Connected delivery.

01

Care for your products

Storage and handling planned around the conditions your goods require, including receiving and dispatch transitions.

02

Control over your stock

Batch identification, rotation and release instructions considered alongside the physical movement of goods.

03

Connected collection and delivery

Our own-fleet service links ports, suppliers and other warehouses with storage and business receiving points.

04

Preparation for changing demand

Normal stock, seasonal peaks and delivery patterns considered together when defining the proposed scope.

A practical contribution to food security

Protect usable stock.
Reduce the risk of avoidable loss.

Poor handling, missed stock rotation and unclear handovers can put food at risk. Our development approach brings product care, stock information and distribution into one operating brief.

The aim is to help customers protect usable stock and reduce the risk of avoidable loss as food moves through the supply chain. Those priorities inform the way we plan receiving checks, staging, storage, order release and dispatch.

Food security in the UAE context
