Practical answers about our launch offer, product requirements, delivery and customer requests.

Before your proposal

From service fit
to a confirmed scope.

Is Nord Hub operating today?

The facility is in development. Our published capacity, temperature range, fleet and 24/7 model describe management-confirmed launch commitments. Service commencement follows commissioning and relevant approvals.

What can I store?

Our launch offer covers freezer, chilled and ambient food storage from -25°C to +25°C. Meat, fish, dairy, ice cream, produce, tea, coffee and beverages each need a product suitability review, packaging requirements and agreed storage settings.

Can I request humidity control?

Yes. Include your required humidity and tolerances. Product-specific settings will be agreed for the relevant storage zone; no single humidity setting is suitable for every product.

Do you handle small orders?

Our offer includes full pallets, case picking and hand-picked individual items. The accepted product mix, order profile, cut-offs and minimums are confirmed in your service scope.

Where will you deliver?

Own-fleet distribution will serve agreed receiving points across Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain, including Al Hamra, Al Marjan, Mina Al Arab and RAK city. Port and supplier collection can be included, with customs and release responsibilities agreed separately.

Does every RAK order arrive in 20 minutes?

No. The express service applies to eligible RAK orders and zones. The 20-minute clock starts at order confirmation. Product readiness, receiving access and route eligibility are checked before confirmation.

Can hotels and cafés order ice?

Yes. Send your preferred format, quantity, venue and replenishment pattern through the ice enquiry route. The range includes cubes, large cubes, spheres and sealed ice cups; formats, packaging and professional order details are on the ice-supply page. Food-safety and delivery specifications are confirmed in the proposal.

Are certificates or a customer portal available?

No operational certificates or live customer portal are presented as available today. The food-safety page sets out the evidence to confirm before operation; the inventory page shows a clearly labelled synthetic report example.

Does submitting a form reserve storage?

No. A customer request goes to our coordinator for review and sales assignment. Public MOU counts and pallet commitments change only after reviewed, two-party-signed records with the relevant allocation details.

Why are some MOU figures withheld?

Figures are published only after signed records and their allocations are verified. A dash means the figure is not yet verified; it does not mean zero.
