Who handles your enquiry

Nord Hub Storage and Logistics LLC is responsible for the business enquiries it receives. For questions about your information, email contact@nordhub.ae.

Preparing an investor or partner brief

The investor/partner form uses your name, work email, company, optional phone number and the business requirements you choose to enter to prepare an enquiry brief on your device. It does not submit those fields to a website server or store them in browser local storage. Search and filters also run locally. A downloaded brief remains under your control.

Sending your enquiry

The email option opens a draft in your chosen email app. Check the recipient and content, then send it yourself. Opening the draft does not confirm delivery. Your email provider handles the message under its own policies; Nord Hub uses Microsoft 365 for its business mailbox. Please leave out identity documents, payment details and other sensitive personal information.

How we use received information

We use the details you send to understand your requirements, respond, assess a potential service or partnership and maintain the related business correspondence. Access is limited to people handling that discussion and the service providers needed to deliver and manage the email. We do not sell enquiry information.

Records and your choices

Business correspondence may be kept while the enquiry, a resulting relationship or applicable recordkeeping needs require it. You can ask about your enquiry records, request a correction or request deletion by contacting us. We will explain any records that need to be retained. Do not send information you do not want included in business correspondence.

Website access, cookies and analytics

This version contains no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, customer accounts or optional tracking cookies. The public website is hosted on Vercel, which may process basic access and error records, such as request time, requested page and IP address, to serve and protect the website. The investor/partner brief is prepared on your device. The storage, transport and ice enquiry form sends details to our server only when its direct-submission service is enabled; its status is shown beside the form. If our hosting or information practices change, we will update this notice.

External websites

MTR Group, photograph sources and other external links have their own information practices. Check those notices before supplying details on another website.

Additional image context

The homepage port image is a cropped, AI-assisted colour-edited sector reference from Greencarrier; it does not show a Nord Hub vehicle or imply a commercial relationship. The Al Marjan Island aerial comes from a 2022 Wynn Resorts announcement and is historical regional context.

Customer requests and MOU figures

The capacity-page form records the company, product, pallet, temperature, timing, transport, ice-supply and contact information you choose to provide. It routes enquiries to our coordinator for review and sales assignment. Sales may contact you by phone or email about your request. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve space or update the MOU register.

When direct submission is available, your request is sent securely to Nord Hub, encrypted in a dedicated Upstash record store, and notified through Microsoft 365 to our coordinator for sales assignment. The website and record store are provided through Vercel and Upstash, with the record store in Mumbai, India. These providers process information needed to operate the service. A reference confirms recording; if email notification cannot be confirmed, the form explains this and provides our phone number. An enquiry does not reserve capacity. We retain intake records only while needed for enquiry handling, recovery or applicable recordkeeping requirements; you can contact us about correction or deletion.

Published MOU figures are aggregated from reviewed signed records. Client names, signatures, commercial terms and documents are not published. Counts show commitments for the stated period, not current warehouse occupancy.
